Subject: Important Update: New SmartView 2 App + 50% Off Your First Month

We want to thank you for being a part of the SmartViewTV family. As some of you may know, we’ve been experiencing issues with certain streams from our current provider. To ensure a better and more reliable experience, we’re transitioning to a brand-new system — including an upgraded app, a new stream provider, and improved features.  Xplay will no longer be used.

What You Need to Do:

1. At the end of your current subscription, if not already ended, come back to the website and choose either the monthly or 90-day plan for the new service.
2. You will sign into your account using your email address and the password you created initially. 
3. After subscribing, you’ll receive an email with download instructions for our new apps — SmartView 2 and Cinema VOD — along with your new login credentials.

What to Expect:

• SmartView 2 is still being finalized, so we're actively adding movies, TV shows, and channels.
• While we complete the transition, you’ll also receive access to our Premium Cinema Video On Demand app, which currently holds all our available movies and series. You’ll need to use both apps temporarily.  This app will only work on Firestick, Android devices using Downloader app.

Billing & Autopay:

Our new system defaults to autopay/autorenewal for convenience. If you prefer manual payments, just let us know after signing up and we’ll disable that feature for you.

Channel Requests:

Want to see specific local or favorite channels added? Email us at admin@smartviewtv.net or open a support ticket. Please include complete details like:

If we have access to the requested channel, we’ll do our best to add it.
