We would like to clarify some confusion regarding a promotional email sent during the holiday season.
Our original intention was to offer a holiday discount through a promo code as a way to thank our customers. Unfortunately, some customers experienced issues applying the code at checkout. To avoid further inconvenience, we temporarily applied the discount to all accounts automatically and ran the promotion through January 1st.
Due to limitations within our automated system and a newly released AI program, the details of this change were not communicated as clearly as they should have been. During the promotion, our price was reduced from $30.00 to $19.99. As scheduled, pricing returned to $29.99 on January 1st.
We truly wanted to offer something meaningful to our customers as a token of appreciation. However, maintaining the service at the discounted rate is not financially sustainable for us long term.
