Renew Services, Extra Invoice, or multiple accounts

Some customers are purchasing new service instead of paying the invoice to renew their current service. This is completely fine, but please keep in mind:
  • Purchasing new service generates a brand-new username and password, as well as a new invoice, which will be emailed to you.
  • If you don’t cancel your previous service, you will continue receiving automatic invoice reminders for that older subscription as our system is automated.

How to Renew Your Service Correctly
Our system is fully automated. An invoice is automatically sent a day or two before your current subscription expires.
Once you pay that invoice, your existing service renews for another month automatically—no new login is created.
 
You may pay the invoice by:
  • Clicking the link in the invoice email, or
  • Logging in to your account on our website and paying the current invoice.
    If you have multiple invoices, simply pay the one for the current month. (Let us know about the extra invoices and we will delete them)
⚠️ Important:
If you go to the website and purchase a new service instead of paying your invoice, the system will treat it as a brand-new subscription. That means you’ll receive:
  • new login,
  • new invoice,
  • And your old service will still exist unless you cancel it, or have us cancel it for you.

"Purchasing another subscription is available in case you are purchasing for a relative, child, or someone else on a different WiFi instead of creating a new customer account"

This often results in:
  • One service that just expired (showing “expired” on your end), and
  • A completely new service that is paid for but not being used.
In short:
✔️ To renew, simply pay the invoice you receive by email.
✔️ No need to purchase a new subscription.
